Cadence collects your phone number, call transcripts, tasks, and preferences solely to conduct and personalize your daily check-in calls. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

- Phone number for calling and SMS communications
- SMS consent records (opt-in timestamp and opt-out status)
- Call transcripts to track your daily check-ins and tasks
- Preferences for call timing and content personalization
- Task history to provide follow-up accountability
Data Usage
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Conduct daily check-in phone calls
- Send SMS notifications and summaries
- Track and follow up on your stated goals and tasks
- Improve and personalize your experience
Service Providers
To operate the service, we share necessary data with the following third-party providers who are contractually bound to protect your information:
- Twilio — phone calls and SMS delivery
- OpenAI — AI conversation processing
- Railway — database and server infrastructure
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Storage & Security
Transcripts are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Retention
Call transcripts and task data are retained for 12 months following your last active call, or until you request deletion. Phone numbers are removed within 30 days of account cancellation.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support information, or email support@mydailycadence.com. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
California Residents
