SMS Terms

This page describes the Cadence SMS messaging program, including what messages you will receive, how to opt in, and how to opt out.

Cadence Daily Accountability Messages

Message Types

When you sign up for Cadence, you may receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • One-time verification codes (OTP) to confirm your phone number during signup
  • Daily call summaries recapping what you discussed and committed to
  • Call reminders before your scheduled check-in
  • Missed-call notifications when we are unable to reach you
  • Account notifications related to your Cadence service

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage. You can expect to receive approximately 1–5 SMS messages per day. During signup, you will receive 1–2 verification messages. After setup, message frequency depends on your call schedule and preferences.

How to Opt In

Opt-in is collected electronically on our website at www.mydailycadence.com. To opt in:

  • Visit the Cadence homepage
  • Enter your US phone number
  • Check the SMS consent checkbox, which states that you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Cadence
  • Tap "Get started" to submit
  • Confirm your number by entering the 6-digit verification code sent via SMS

A clear consent disclosure is displayed on the page above the phone number input field before you submit. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of Cadence. Opt-in data is not shared with any third parties.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message from Cadence
  • Email support@mydailycadence.com and request to be removed

After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by signing up again on our website.

Cost

There is no additional charge from Cadence for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Supported Carriers

The Cadence messaging service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
