These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Cadence, Tampa, FL.
Cadence is a daily accountability phone call service. By using Cadence, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cadence. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Service Description
Cadence provides daily accountability phone calls designed to help you track your goals and maintain productive habits. The service includes:
- Scheduled daily phone calls at your preferred time
- SMS notifications and call summaries
- Task tracking and follow-up accountability
Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and signing up for Cadence, you expressly consent to receive automated outbound phone calls and SMS messages from Cadence at the number provided, as part of the Cadence Daily Accountability Messages program. Message types include: verification codes, call reminders, daily call summaries, and missed-call notifications. Message frequency varies based on your usage; expect approximately 1–5 messages per day.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@mydailycadence.com. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use
Cadence is for personal use only. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute access to the service
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
- Share your access with others
Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for quality purposes if you opt in during the onboarding process. You will be notified if recording is enabled for your account. Recordings are stored securely and used only to improve service quality.
Service Availability
Cadence is provided "as-is" during early access. We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Perfect accuracy in call timing or scheduling
- Continuity of service features
Limitation of Liability
Cadence is not liable for missed calls, scheduling errors, or decisions made based on call content. The service is a productivity tool and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Cancellation
To stop the service at any time:
- Reply STOP to any SMS message
Or contact us at support@mydailycadence.com. Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy unless you request deletion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
